Data Entry Operator

Fablay Cosmetic Formulations is expanding its administrative team. There is an immediate opening for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive & Computer Operator to manage digital records, production logs, and documentation for manufacturing operations.

Role Overview

The primary focus of this role is to ensure the accuracy and integrity of company data. Responsibilities include migrating physical records to digital formats, updating inventory logs, and maintaining the database for raw materials and finished cosmetic products.

Key Responsibilities

·        Data Management: Enter and update production data, batch records, and client information into the company database with high speed and precision.

·        Documentation: Prepare, scan, and file digital documents related to manufacturing orders, quality reports, and export shipping manifests.

·        Inventory Tracking: Maintain real-time digital logs of raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished stock.

·        Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any discrepancies immediately.

·        Administrative Support: Assist the management team with daily computer tasks, including email correspondence and generating weekly MIS reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

·        Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of MS Office (specifically Excel and Word) and experience with data management software.

·        Typing Accuracy: High-speed typing capability with a focus on "zero-error" entry.

·        Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies in large sets of numbers or technical terminology.

·        Communication: Basic proficiency in English and local languages for internal coordination.

·        Reliability: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive manufacturing data with confidentiality.

Job Details

·        Experience: 0–3 years (Freshers with strong computer skills are welcome).

·        Location: On-site at our manufacturing facility.

·        Industry: Cosmetics & Personal Care Manufacturing.
