Computer Operator

Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Computer Operator to manage daily computer operations, maintain records, and ensure smooth office workflow. The candidate should have good knowledge of computer applications, data entry, and office administration.

• Key ResponsibilitiesEnter, update, and maintain data accurately in computer systems.
• Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and documents using MS Office.
• Maintain office records, files, and databases.
• Monitor computer systems and ensure proper functioning of hardware and software.
• Perform data verification and quality checks.
• Handle email correspondence and online data management.
• Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
• Print, scan, and organize official documents.
• Maintain confidentiality of company information and records.
• Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks.
• Required SkillsProficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good typing speed and accuracy.
• Knowledge of internet, email, and office software.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and troubleshooting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Qualifications10+2 / Graduate in any discipline.
• Basic computer certification preferred.
• Relevant experience as a Computer Operator or Data Entry Operator is an advantage.
