Job Title:Collection Executive (DRA Certified Mandatory)

Location:Sector 49, Gurgaon (On-site, 5 Days Working)

Salary:₹20,000 – ₹42,000 per month (Fixed + Incentives)

Job Description:

We are hiring Collections & Recovery Executives for a fintech company working with NBFCs and banks.

Your role will be to handle payment follow-ups, recovery calls, and customer coordination to achieve collection targets.

Important (Read Before Applying):

• Only DRA Certified candidates can apply
• Must have 1–2 years experience in NBFC/Banking collections
• Must be ready for on-site work in Gurgaon
• Must be available for walk-in interview

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for recovery
• Follow up on overdue accounts
• Maintain records and update recovery status
• Achieve monthly collection targets

Requirements:

• DRA Certified (DRE exam cleared mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year experience in collections/recoveryNBFC or banking experience preferred
• Good communication skills
• Target-driven mindset
