Hiring: Experienced Digital Marketing Specialist – Real Estate Lead Generation

Are you passionate about digital strategy, lead generation, and building high-performing campaigns? We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Expert with a sharp focus on online lead generation for the real estate sector.

🔍 Role Overview:As a key member of our marketing team, you’ll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns that generate high-quality leads through Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Email Marketing, and more.

  • 🎯 Key Responsibilities:Design and execute lead generation campaigns across Google, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other paid media platforms.
  • Manage and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead quality.
  • Develop and manage SEO strategies and oversee website performance.
  • Coordinate email marketing workflows for nurturing leads and re-targeting.
  • Create and review engaging ad creatives, landing pages, and copy for campaign effectiveness.
  • Analyze campaign data and prepare reports for continuous performance improvement.
  • Ensure timely execution of digital plans and strict budget adherence.
  • ✅ Requirements:Proven experience in digital marketing for real estate lead generation (minimum 2-3 years).
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and email automation tools.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, website analytics, and CRM integration.
  • Knowledge of design tools (like Canva, Photoshop, or similar) is a plus.
  • Results-driven with the ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines.
