Digital Marketing Specialist

At least 2+ years of experience in digital marketing. Experience working in the debt settlement industry or closely related financial services is required. Proven track record of managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on lead generation and conversion-driven funnels. Experience working with high-intent traffic and performance metrics. Solid understanding of compliance requirements and advertising restrictions within financial services, especially in debt-related products.

Manage and oversee all digital marketing activities from end to end, taking full ownership of strategy, execution, and performance. Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across key channels including Instagram and Facebook, ensuring consistent growth in reach, engagement, and conversions. Maintain and continuously improve the company website, working on content updates, user experience, and conversion optimization.

Organize and manage content production, including planning and coordinating photo and video shoots. Work closely with designers, content creators, or handle basic content creation independently when needed. Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with brand guidelines and business goals.

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data to make decisions and improve results over time. Manage budgets efficiently and focus on generating high-quality leads and measurable ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
