Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented E-commerce Management Executive to manage and grow our online business operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling online marketplaces, website product management, digital promotions, customer support, order processing, and sales growth strategies.

• Key Responsibilities:Manage daily operations of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces.
• Upload and update product listings, pricing, images, and descriptions.
• Monitor inventory, stock availability, and order processing.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and support services.
• Coordinate with logistics and delivery partners.
• Plan and execute online sales campaigns and promotional offers.
• Track website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior.
• Optimize product visibility through SEO and marketplace optimization.
• Manage social media promotions and digital marketing coordination.
• Generate sales reports and performance analysis.
• Ensure smooth payment gateway and website functionality.
• Required Skills:Knowledge of E-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)
• Basic understanding of Digital Marketing & SEO
• Product listing and catalog management skills
• Good communication and customer handling ability
• Knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
• Team coordination and time management
• Qualification:Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT, or related field
• Experience in E-commerce Management preferred
• Freshers with good knowledge can also apply
