E-Commerce Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage day-to-day marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should have around 1 year of experience working with e-commerce marketplaces and should be comfortable handling product listings, basic image editing, catalog management, and routine account monitoring.

• Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and update product listings across marketplaces.
• Optimize titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, and product attributes.
• Perform basic image editing and ensure listing images meet marketplace guidelines.
• Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, and content quality.
• Keep pricing, inventory, and product information updated.
• Coordinate with internal teams for new product launches and listing updates.
• Monitor daily account performance and report any issues.
• Track customer reviews, ratings, and listing-related problems.
• Assist with marketplace promotions, coupons, and campaign updates.
• Generate basic reports on sales, listings, and account performance.
• Ensure all listings comply with marketplace policies and brand standards.
• Requirements1–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations.
• Experience working on marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, or similar platforms.
• Basic proficiency in image editing using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar software.
• Good understanding of product listing optimization and catalog management.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Preferred SkillsExperience with Amazon Seller Central.
• Understanding of listing SEO and keyword optimization.
• Familiarity with inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of advertising dashboards is a plus.
• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT for content creation is an advantage.
