Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Property Operations

  • Conduct daily rounds — inspect rooms, common areas, kitchen, washrooms, terrace, parking
  • Maintain property checklist and submit daily report to Operations Head
  • Ensure all utilities (electricity, water, DG, lift, RO, geyser, AC) are functional
  • Track and close maintenance tickets within defined SLA
  • Maintain asset register and inventory of furniture, appliances, linen
