Billing Specialist

Job Description:We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Billing Engineer to manage and oversee all billing-related activities for our construction/real estate projects. The candidate will ensure accurate quantity estimation, preparation of bills, and coordination with site and accounts teams.

• Key Responsibilities:Prepare RA Bills (Running Account Bills) and Final Bills for projects
• Verify measurements and quantities from site engineers
• Maintain BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and ensure proper documentation
• Coordinate with contractors and vendors for billing and payments
• Check and certify subcontractor bills
• Maintain records of material consumption and project costing
• Assist in preparing project cost reports and budget tracking
• Ensure billing is done as per contract terms and timelines

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience (Freshers can also apply)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Excel, and billing software
• Understanding of construction drawings and site measurements
• Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
• Skills Required:Quantity take-off & estimation
• MS Excel (formulas, basic reporting)
