Field Operations Coordinator

🚨 We’re Hiring | Coordinator

📍 Location: Gurugram 

💼 Field + Center Operations Role | Immediate Joining Preferred

💰 Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000/month + Travel Allowance

Haqdarshak Empowerment Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a driven individual to join as Coordinator under the project. If you are passionate about field operations, community mobilization, and managing on ground service delivery, this role is for you!

🔹 Key Responsibilities

1)Lead field mobilization and community outreach to drive citizen engagement and ensure consistent footfall at Adhikar Connect Kendra

2)Manage Haqdarshak onboarding, activation, and training as a key monthly target

3)Coordinate all day-to-day activities at the Adhikar Connect Kendra, ensuring smooth service delivery and center operations

4)Oversee center administration including MIS, rent/electricity clearance, facility management, and asset accounting (Yojana Cards, laptops, etc.)

🔹 Requirements

1)Candidate must be based in Gurugram

2)1–5 years of experience in field operations / social sector / community engagement

3)Must have a two-wheeler and laptop preferred

4)Strong communication skills with ability to conduct field visits, coordinate with stakeholders, and interact with clients
