Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst with strong expertise in

cryptocurrency, equity markets, ETFs, mutual funds, wealth management, and

trade settlements. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in trading,

corporate actions, taxation, and investment advisory, along with solid knowledge

of NISM compliance. This role involves market analysis, trade processing, and

supporting investment clients with high-quality financial insights.

Wealth Management

 Conduct in-depth analysis of equities, ETFs, cryptocurrencies, and mutual

funds.

 Monitor market trends, corporate actions, dividends, and company financials.

 Evaluate investment opportunities and prepare detailed research reports.

 Support strategies for wealth management and investment advisory.

Position II.

Clearance & Settlement / Trade Operations & Settlements

 Execute and monitor equity, ETF, and crypto trades as per client or internal

mandates.

 Coordinate with exchanges, brokers, and custodians to ensure timely and

accurate trade settlement.

 Reconcile trades, positions, and funds, ensuring all breaks or mismatches are

resolved promptly.

 Monitor settlement cycles (T+1/T+2) and manage exceptions or pending

trades.

 Ensure all activities comply with NISM guidelines, regulatory requirements,

and internal controls.

 Maintain accurate records and reports for audit, compliance, and internal

review.

 Handle trade processing, trade settlements, and equity settlements across

markets.

 Strong knowledge of stocks, ETFs, crypto markets, mutual funds, and

wealth management.

 Experience in trade settlements, equity settlement, and operational risk.

 Familiarity with NISM certifications (e.g., Equity Derivatives, Mutual Funds).

 Analytical mindset with strong Excel/financial modelling skills.

 Understanding of taxation for equity and crypto transactions.

 Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management

skills.

 Prior experience in corporate actions, trade processing, or equity dealing.
