Job Description
Job Title: Finishing Incharge for Exports, garment (women's clothing) industry
We are a leading garment exporter based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, specializing in women's clothing for the US market. We are looking for a finishing department in charge to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the finishing process of garments, including checking, thread cutting, ironing, and packing as per size ratio.
- Coordinate with dyers, embroidery, and other vendors to ensure timely delivery and quality of finished products.
- Maintain proper stock status and follow up with the production department to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
Requirements:
- at least 5 years of experience in garment finishing, with a focus on women's clothing.
- strong organizational and communication skills.
- ability to manage a team and work well under pressure.
