Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Greet and attend to walk-in clients in a professional and friendly manner
Handle incoming inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
Manage appointment scheduling and studio bookings efficiently
Maintain and update client records and database
Coordinate with trainers regarding class schedules and client requirements
Assist clients with basic information about Pilates programs, packages, and studio services
Ensure proper follow-ups with clients for appointments and inquiries
Handle front desk operations including check-ins and registrations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area 10 Support promotional activities and client engagement initiatives
