Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservation processes efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain accurate guest records, billing, and occupancy information using PMS and related systems.
- Assist in managing guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to brand standards, grooming policies, and operational SOPs.
- Support Senior GSAs and Team Leaders in achieving guest satisfaction goals.
- Assist with front office reports, shift handovers, and daily cash or key management.
- Guide OJTs and help them understand operational procedures.
