Job OverviewAstro SwamiG Solutions is looking for a smart, responsible, and well-organized HR Executive who can efficiently handle recruitment and office administration activities. This role is ideal for someone who is disciplined, polite, solution-oriented, and capable of managing office operations smoothly.
The selected candidate will primarily manage office administration while also handling recruitment activities to support company growth.
- Role Distribution30% – Recruitment & Hiring
- 70% – Office Administration & Management
- Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Hiring (30%)Manage end-to-end recruitment process for company hiring needs.
- Post job openings, screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and schedule interviews.
- Coordinate with management regarding hiring requirements.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment updates.
- Ensure timely hiring of suitable candidates.
- Office Administration & Management (70%)Manage day-to-day office administration and operations.
- Ensure smooth office functioning and maintain workplace discipline.
- Handle employee concerns, office-related issues, and operational challenges professionally.
- Coordinate with staff to maintain workflow and productivity.
- Monitor office attendance, coordination, and internal communication.
- Maintain a professional, organized, and positive office environment.
- Support management in handling office processes and administration tasks.
- Job RequirementsCandidate should have good knowledge of the local area and preferably live within 15–20 km radius of the office location.
- Strong communication and people-management skills.
- Polite, professional, and respectful behavior with team members and management.
- Good problem-solving and office coordination abilities.
- Ability to handle employee concerns and maintain discipline professionally.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, documentation, etc.).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Salary & BenefitsStarting Salary: ₹15,000 per month
- Salary Range: Up to ₹30,000 per month based on experience, performance, and capability

- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate preferred (HR/Admin background is an advantage)
- Experience in HR, Recruitment, Administration, Office Coordination, or Team Management preferred
