Job Description
Job Title: AM/DM – Talent Acquisition (B2C Sales Hiring)
Function: Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
- Job Responsibilities:Managing end-to-end recruitment activities across PAN India through various sourcing channels.
- Handling the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Hiring for B2C Sales roles across Mid, Senior, and Leadership levels.
- Sourcing quality profiles through job portals, references, social media, and headhunting.
- Screening, shortlisting, and conducting interviews with candidates.
- Coordinating interviews with stakeholders and ensuring timely closures.
- Salary negotiation and offer discussion with shortlisted candidates.
- Conducting reference checks and collecting joining documents.
- Maintaining recruitment MIS and candidate database.
- Ensuring achievement of hiring targets within TAT.
- Mandatory Requirement:Strong experience in B2C Sales Hiring is mandatory.
- Experience in Non-IT Recruitment and Leadership Hiring preferred.
- Qualification:MBA / Any Graduate
- Experience:4 to 8 Years
- Age:27 to 32 Years
- Gender:Male/Female
