Job Description:
As an HR Recruiter Executive at Digigen Technology, you'll be an integral part of our dynamic
recruitment team, managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract top-tier talent across various
domains.
Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple departments
- Partner with hiring managers to develop and implement effective hiring strategies
- Collaborate with team members to identify talent needs and deliver efficient recruitment solutions
- Conduct resume screening and initial interviews to assess candidate fit
- Coordinate interview schedules and support hiring managers throughout the process
- Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports through the Applicant Tracking System
- Represent Digigen Technology professionally to candidates and clients
- Continuously explore and suggest ways to optimize the recruitment process
- Stay informed about market trends and competitor strategies in talent acquisition
- Occasional travel for client meetings and recruitment drives may be required
Qualifications & Experience:
- Graduate or MBA in HR or a related field
- 0-1+ years of relevant recruiting experience (Freshers encouraged to apply)
- Experience recruiting in technical or consulting roles is a plus
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and quick to adapt to changing hiring needs
- Previous experience working with an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is a bonus
