The Role: HR Recruiter - Nanny & Babysitters
This is a unique, high-impact role at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and Supply Chain Onboarding.
Your core focus is simple: Filter, Screen, and Onboard. You will not be responsible for cold sourcing or finding candidates. Instead, you will manage a massive influx of incoming applications from nannies and childcare professionals. Your job is to act as a strict quality gatekeeper—filtering out the noise, interviewing the promising applicants, and bringing the absolute best supply onto our premium platform.
Key Responsibilities
- High-Volume Screening: Evaluate incoming applications from nannies and childcare professionals across Delhi-NCR, aggressively filtering out unqualified profiles.
- Rigorous Evaluation: Conduct extensive phone and video interviews to judge background, personality, intent, and alignment with Yashodi’s premium standards.
- Supply Pipeline Management: Move selected caregivers efficiently through our verification and onboarding pipeline while handling rejections professionally.
- Process Evolution: Work directly with the founders to refine our selection criteria as our supply demands scale.
- What We Are Looking ForThe "HR DNA" with a Supply Mindset: You have the structured interview skills of an HR Recruiter, but the speed, execution, and drive of an onboarding specialist.
- Unafraid to Make Calls: You will be talking to dozens of caregivers daily. You must love the phone, have high energy, and possess the grit to handle continuous calls.
- Sharp Judge of Character: A smart thinker and problem-solver who can easily read people, spot red flags, and separate average applicants from true professionals.
- Ready to Grow: Someone who wants to get in early at a startup, master the supply side, and grow into a leadership position as we expand.
- Candidate RequirementsExperience: 2+ years in recruitment, talent acquisition, or high-volume supply onboarding.
- Education: Graduate degree.
- Language: Good English and fluent Hindi (crucial for building rapport and vetting caregivers).
- Age Preference: 20 - 28 years.
- Gender: Female.
