Job Description

Job Title:  Inside Sales Lead

Location: Gurgaon / Delhi NCR 

Education: Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA preferred) 

Experience: 8–10 years of experience in Inside Sales/Tele-sales 


About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Lead to build, manage, and scale our inside sales function. The ideal candidate should have experience setting up and/or leading inside sales teams, managing tele-sales operations, driving conversions, and using technology, analytics, and AI tools to improve sales performance and productivity. 


Responsibilities:


  • Lead and manage a team of inside sales executives and tele-marketers to achieve revenue targets.
  • Drive end-to-end lead management, conversion, and sales funnel optimization.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven improvements.
  • Leverage CRM, automation, and AI tools to enhance team productivity and customer engagement.
  • Develop sales processes, scripts, training programs, and performance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to improve lead quality and customer experience.
  • Prepare regular reports and provide actionable insights to leadership.


Requirement: 


  • 8–10 years of relevant experience, preferably in Fintech, NBFC, or Financial Services startups.
  • Proven experience in setting up and/or leading inside sales teams and tele-marketing operations.
  • Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead conversion, and customer acquisition.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms, sales automation, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making.
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and sales technology.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
