Job Description
Tele sales
Location: Sector 20 bulding no 108 go work bulding 4th floor.
Experience: 06 month's to 1 Year (Healthcare/Diagnostics preferred)
Role:Handle outbound calls, convert leads into bookings, assist customers with test details, pricing, and scheduling while ensuring excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:• Call leads from CRM/campaigns• Convert leads into home collection/lab bookings• Share test/package details and pricing• Coordinate scheduling with collection centers• Follow-up on pending leads & feedback• Update CRM data and resolve queries• Ensure customer satisfaction & target achievement
Skills Required:• Good communication & convincing skills• Customer handling ability• Basic pathology/healthcare knowledge• CRM/calling system knowledge• Target-oriented approach
Qualification:Graduate (Healthcare background preferred)Experience in diagnostics/BPO outbound calling preferred
Shift: Rotational (7 AM - 10 PM)
