Job DescriptionDelhi Cardio Diagnostic Services is looking for smart, professional, and patient-friendly Call Centre Executives to manage patient coordination and daily operations for home-based cardiac diagnostic services across North India.
The candidate should have excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate smoothly with patients, doctors, technicians, and hospitals.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle incoming and outgoing patient calls
- Coordinate bookings for Holter, ELR, ABPM & Sleep Study
- Manage installation and removal scheduling
- Coordinate with technicians and reporting department
- Maintain patient records and follow-ups
- Handle WhatsApp communication professionally
- Provide basic test information to patients
- Ensure smooth patient experience from booking to report delivery
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi & English
- Basic computer knowledge
- WhatsApp & smartphone handling
- Soft-spoken and professional behavior
- Ability to manage multiple calls and coordination tasks
- Good follow-up and patient handling skills
- Preferred CandidatesExperience in healthcare call center preferred
- Fresher with good communication can also apply
