Location:Badarpur, New Delhi
Job Type:Full-Time | Day Shift (10 AM – 6 PM)
Salary:₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Fixed + insentive)
Insentive : 5000
Job Overview:
We are hiring a Telecaller candidates for a customer support and outbound calling role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, explaining products/services, and supporting sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Handle inbound customer queries professionally
Inform customers about company products, services, and offers
Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
Maintain daily call and sales reports
Update lead information in CRM/dialer systems
Skills Required:
Outbound Calling
Domestic BPO / Voice Process
Customer Handling & Communication Skills
Basic knowledge of call center operations
Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above
Freshers can apply
Good communication skills (Hindi/Basic English)
Comfortable with calling and long phone hours
