Job Description
Key Responsibilities: • Make outbound calls to leads and explain various term insurance plans. • Educate customers about the importance of life protection and coverage. • Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable plans. • Handle objections and convince customers to complete the policy purchase. • Maintain proper lead records and follow up regularly. • Meet daily and monthly sales targets. • Coordinate with team leaders and update sales performance reports. Required Qualifications & Skills: • Excellent communication and convincing ability (Hindi/English). • Confident, energetic, and goal-oriented personality. • Ability to explain financial products in simple language.
