Job Description

Role Overview


The Office Coordinator will be responsible for handling customer lead calls, follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and coordination for rooftop solar installations. The candidate will explain basic solar solutions to customers, arrange engineer/site visits, and regularly follow up with interested leads until closure.


Key Responsibilities


  • Call incoming and existing customer leads generated through campaigns, social media, references, etc.
  • Explain rooftop solar solutions and benefits to customers in a simple and professional manner.
  • Understand customer requirements such as electricity bill, roof type, location, and installation interest.
  • Arrange and coordinate engineer/site survey visits at customer locations.
  • Perform regular follow-ups with customers and maintain proper communication.
  • Update lead status and remarks in CRM/system.
  • Coordinate with engineers, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution.
  • Handle basic customer queries regarding pricing, subsidy, installation process, and finance options.
  • Ensure timely appointment reminders and follow-up communication.


Required Skills


  • Good communication skills in Hindi (basic English preferred).
  • Confident and professional calling behavior.
  • Basic knowledge of customer handling and follow-up process.
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, Excel, CRM, and mobile applications.
  • Good coordination and multitasking abilities.
