Operations Executive

The Derma Studio is a fast-growing natural skincare and wellness brand. We’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Fulfillment Associate to manage day-to-day backend processes including order receipt, packing, dispatch, stock maintenance, and basic accounts checking.

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Order Management

• Receive and verify daily customer orders (website + marketplace if applicable)
• Check order details (product, quantity, address) and print shipping labels/invoices

📦 Packing & Dispatch

• Carefully pack skincare products for individual and bulk orders
• Ensure proper labeling, protective packaging, and aesthetic presentation
• Coordinate pickups with delivery partners (e.g., Shiprocket, Delhivery, India Post)

💳 Payment & Tracking

• Confirm online payment status for each order
• Maintain order-wise records of payment receipts (UPI, bank, COD)
• Update customers with tracking numbers and delivery status if needed

📊 Inventory & Stock Upkeep

• Keep daily count of raw materials, packaging, and finished products
• Update stock logs for sold, returned, or damaged goods
• Coordinate low-stock alerts for timely production or reordering

🧾 Admin & Coordination

• Maintain Excel/Google Sheet records of dispatches and payments
• Assist in courier claims, return orders, and basic customer coordination

Skills & Requirements:

• Honest, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Ability to work independently and take ownership
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Email)
• Ability to lift and manage inventory boxes
• Fluent in Hindi + basic English
• Past experience in packing, dispatch, or D2C operations preferred (not mandatory)
