Job Description
Location: Gurugram
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries.
* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable real estate projects.
* Conduct project presentations and site visits.
* Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
* Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process.
Requirements:
* Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
* Candidates with prior experience in real estate sales will be preferred.
* Basic knowledge of the real estate industry is required.
* Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
