Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales Manager to drive sales of residential and commercial properties in the Gurugram market. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in property sales, client relationship management, site visits, negotiations, and deal closures. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads into successful property sales.
- Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable projects.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to booking and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, and developers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and facilitate deal closures.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and property inventory.
- Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sales support.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of the Gurugram real estate market.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Client relationship management and customer handling.
- Lead generation and conversion expertise.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
- Experience in residential and/or commercial property sales.
- Existing network of clients, brokers, or channel partners will be an added advantage.
