Job Description
Job Summary:- We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Relationship Manager to drive Home Loan and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in open market sourcing, DSA/channel management, and customer relationship management. The role requires achieving business targets while maintaining high-quality customer service and compliance standards.
- Key ResponsibilitiesSource Home Loan and LAP business through open market, DSAs, connectors, builders, brokers, and referral channels.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, real estate agents, builders, and channel partners.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly disbursement targets.
- Handle customer meetings, understand financial requirements, and recommend suitable loan products.
- Coordinate with Credit, Operations, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursement.
- Ensure complete KYC documentation and adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and provide regular updates through MIS reports.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing end-to-end support throughout the loan journey.
- Conduct market visits to identify new business opportunities and strengthen the company's market presence.
- Key Skills RequiredStrong knowledge of Home Loan and LAP products.
- Experience in open market sourcing and DSA/channel partner management.
- Good understanding of mortgage lending and documentation.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer handling abilities.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Eligibility CriteriaGraduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 2–6 years of experience in Home Loan and/or LAP Sales.
- Experience with Banks, Housing Finance Companies (HFCs), or NBFCs preferred.
- Existing network of DSAs, connectors, builders, or referral partners will be an added advantage.
- Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Monthly Home Loan & LAP disbursement targets.
- Lead generation and conversion ratio.
- DSA/Connector activation and productivity.
- Customer acquisition and retention.
- Portfolio quality and compliance.
- Turnaround Time (TAT) for loan processing.
