Job Description
We are hiring Relationship Managers / Deputy Managers for field sales in Business Loans / SME Loans / LAP segment.
The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, customer acquisition, loan disbursement, and managing local channels in Delhi/NCR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, and references.
- Acquire customers for SME Loans / LAP / Business Loans.
- Explain loan products, eligibility, pricing & documents.
- Collect customer documents and complete profiling.
- Achieve monthly sales & disbursement targets.
- Maintain follow-up for conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Build local connectors like DSAs, CAs, brokers, market influencers.
- Ensure portfolio quality and compliance norms.
- Track daily productivity metrics.
Candidate Requirements:
- 1.5 to 5 years experience in NBFC / Bank / Fintech sales.
- Experience in SME Loans / LAP / Business Loans preferred.
- Strong sales, negotiation & communication skills.
- Good customer handling ability.
- Basic understanding of credit underwriting/documentation.
- Own vehicle mandatory.
