Relationship Manager – Government & Corporate Partnership

Position - Relationship Manager – Government & Corporate Partnership
Department - Partnership & Strategic Alliances
Location - Gurugram, Haryana
Experience - 5 - 8 Years
Qualification - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Marketing, Social Work, or related field.
Preferred Qualification - Master's degree (MBA/MSW/MPA)
Role Summary - The Relationship Manager – Government & Corporate Partnerships is responsible for building, managing, and strengthening relationships with government departments, PSUs, corporates, CSR teams, and strategic partners. The role focuses on generating partnerships, securing project opportunities, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and supporting the organization's mission of expanding educational and social impactKey
Responsibilities -
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with government officials, corporates, CSR heads, and institutional partners.
· Identify new partnership opportunities with government departments, PSUs, NGOs, and corporate organizations.
· Coordinate meetings, presentations, and project discussions with key stakeholders.
· Prepare proposals, concept notes, presentations, and partnership documents.
· Support fundraising, CSR collaborations, and grant opportunities.
· Ensure timely follow-up and relationship management with existing partners.
· Coordinate with internal teams for successful implementation of partnership projects.
· Track government schemes, education policies, CSR initiatives, and funding opportunities.
· Represent the organization at conferences, networking events, and stakeholder meetings.
· Maintain partnership records, reports, MIS, and CRM database.
· Ensure compliance with partnership commitments and reporting requirements.

· Partner retention and satisfaction
· Number of stakeholder meetings conducted
· Timely submission of proposals and reports
· Project implementation support and coordination
Required Industry –
· Experience in Government Relations, Corporate Relations, CSR Partnerships, Business Development, or Strategic Alliances.
· Experience in the Education, NGO, CSR, or Social Impact sector is preferred.
Reporting Structure -
· Reports To: Business Head - National
Travel Requirement –
Extensive travel across India for partnership meetings, school visits, project reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
