We are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused, and energetic Team Members to provide excellent dining experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will greet customers warmly, take accurate orders, serve food and beverages efficiently, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

Present menus and explain food and beverage offerings.

Take customer orders accurately using the POS system or order pad.

Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.

Ensure guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience.

Clear and reset tables efficiently.

Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and workspaces.

Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.

Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery.

Handle customer queries and resolve minor complaints professionally.

Assist in opening and closing duties as assigned.

Support team members during busy service hours.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).

Previous experience in restaurants, cafés, QSRs, or hospitality is an advantage but not mandatory.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Basic English and local language communication skills.
