Role Overview:We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and ensure our guests enjoy an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, people management, and operational skills, with a keen eye for quality, hygiene, and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:Operations & Service Excellence

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain consistent food quality, taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
• Monitor service flow, table turnover, and guest feedback to enhance experience.
• Ensure compliance with FSSAI and safety regulations.

Team Leadership

• Manage and motivate service, kitchen, and housekeeping teams.
• Conduct daily briefings and ensure grooming, punctuality, and discipline.
• Train team members on service standards, upselling, and guest handling.

Financial & Administrative

• Control operational costs and minimize wastage.
• Monitor daily sales, manage petty cash, and report to management.
• Assist in menu planning, promotions, and events to boost revenue.

Customer Engagement

• Build strong relationships with guests and handle complaints gracefully.
• Ensure personalized service and maintain a welcoming environment.

Inventory Coordination

• Manage stock levels, ordering
• Ensure timely procurement and maintain quality of supplies.

Requirements:

• Graduate or Diploma in Hotel Management / Hospitality.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
• Strong understanding of Indian cuisine and restaurant operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in POS systems and MS Office.
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and peak hours.
