Retail Store Manager

• Understand laundry and dry clean business in detail
• Manage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning of the outlet
• Handle premium customers professionally and explain them our Services perfectly and make them understand why we are different in the Market.
• Generate orders through outbound calls to potential leads and existing customers for order conversion and follow-ups Coordinate with the operations and factory team to ensure service quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain transparency with customers regarding pricing, services, and turnaround time Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive repeat business.
• Manage billing, order entries, and basic store reporting, Maintain store hygiene, discipline, and service standards as per company SOPs.

Preferred candidate profile

Fluent or average in English and Hindi

confident in handling customers

fresher but ready to learn and handle daily operations

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in handling premium or high-value customers
• Ability to perform outbound sales calls and convert leads into orders
• Basic computer knowledge (billing software, CRM, WhatsApp, Excel)
• Professional attitude with problem-solving skills
