Sales & Client Success Executive

📍 Location: Gurgaon (Work From Office + Client Visits)

Key Responsibilities:

✨ Handle leads and client inquiries

✨ Follow up on quotations and convert bookings

✨ Meet clients when required and attend client meetings

✨ Build relationships with event planners, venues, and corporate clients

✨ Coordinate with the operations team for smooth event execution

✨ Follow up with past clients for repeat business and referrals

✨ Create and schedule social media posts for existing clients after events

✨ Maintain client databases and sales trackers

Compensation:

💰 Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Performance Incentives:

🎯 ₹5,000 incentive on achieving ₹1,00,000 in monthly sales

🎯 ₹10,000 incentive on achieving ₹2,00,000 in monthly sales

🎯 ₹15,000 incentive on achieving ₹3,00,000 in monthly sales

Ideal Candidate:

✔️ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔️ Comfortable with client meetings and presentations

✔️ Familiar with Instagram, Canva, WhatsApp, and Google Sheets

✔️ Organized, proactive, and target-oriented

✔️ Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply

We create unique live personalized gifting experiences for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, and luxury celebrations through 40+ live gifting stations and 20+ kids' customization experiences.

📍 Work Mode: Primarily Work From Office in Gurgaon, with occasional client meetings and event visits.
