Job Description
Head of Sales – Debt Solutions (Settlement & Consolidation)
We are a client-focused financial consulting company helping individuals navigate difficult debt situations. Our core mission is to support people who are struggling with financial obligations by offering practical, structured solutions — including debt restructuring, one-time settlement, and debt consolidation. In addition, we operate as a credit brokerage, helping clients access more sustainable financial products.
We are looking for a Head of Sales who will take full ownership of the sales function and lead a team responsible for offering these solutions to clients. This role is not just about driving numbers — it’s about building a responsible and effective sales approach in a sensitive area where trust matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and develop the sales team
- Take full responsibility for sales performance and revenue targets
- Build and optimize the end-to-end sales process
- Ensure a high-quality client experience, especially in complex financial situations
- Support the team in closing complex cases (settlement and consolidation deals)
- Work closely with operations and financial specialists
- Monitor sales metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline performance
- Implement and maintain CRM discipline
What we’re looking for:
- Proven experience in leading B2C sales teams
- Strong background in a related industry is essential — such as debt consolidation, debt settlement, financial services, lending, or credit brokerage
- Deep understanding of how debt solutions products work and how to position them to clients
- Ability to build structured sales processes in a consultative sales environment
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Comfortable working with clients in sensitive financial situations
Nice to have:
- Experience in companies focused on debt restructuring or financial recovery solutions
- Background in regulated financial environments

This is not a traditional sales role. Clients come to us in difficult situations, and the way we sell matters just as much as what we sell. The focus is on helping people find a realistic way out of debt — not just closing a deal.
