Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Executive with minimum 2 years of experience drives property sales by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, negotiating deals, and maintaining client relationships. Required skills include strong communication, and deep local market knowledge.


Job Summary: Real Estate Sales Executive (2+ Years Experience)


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Handle inbound leads from digital platforms and convert them into potential buyers.
  • Site Visits & Client Handling: Conduct site visits, understand client requirements, and provide suitable property options.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and close deals to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Documentation: Assist clients with the entire purchasing process, including documentation, agreement, and booking processes.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay updated with local property market trends, competitor activity, and pricing. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in real estate sales (residential/commercial).
  • Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred).
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English and local languages.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing/lead generation tools.
  • Attributes: Target-driven, self-starter, and customer-centric approach.

  • Number of site visits conducted.
  • Lead-to-conversion ratio.
  • Monthly sales revenue achievement.
