Sales & Marketing Executive (FMCG)
🎯 Key Responsibilities
1. 🛒 Sales Execution
Achieve monthly & yearly sales targets
Handle distributors, wholesalers & retailers
Ensure product availability & visibility in market
Increase numeric & weighted distribution
2. 📦 Market Expansion
Appoint new:
Distributors
Super stockists
Retail outlets
Identify new territories for business growth
3. 📊 Market Intelligence
Monitor competitor activities (pricing, schemes, products)
Collect feedback from retailers & customers
Track demand trends & market gaps
4. 📢 Marketing & Promotions
Execute:
Trade schemes
Consumer offers
In-shop branding & display
Coordinate with marketing team for campaigns
5. 🤝 Relationship Management
Build strong relationships with:
Distributors
Retailers
Key accounts
Resolve complaints & ensure satisfaction
6. 💰 Collection & Billing
Ensure timely payment collection
Control outstanding & credit limits
Maintain proper billing & stock records
7. 📍 Field Work
Daily market visits (beat planning)
Outlet coverage & reporting
Ensure merchandising standards
🎓 Specific Requirements
📚 Education
Graduate (BBA / MBA preferred)
💼 Experience
1–5 years in FMCG sales
Experience in handling distributor network
🧠 Skills Required
Strong communication & negotiation skills
Good market understanding
Basic Excel & reporting knowledge
Ability to work under targets & pressure
🚗 Other Requirements
Must have:
Bike + Driving License
Willingness for extensive field travel
