Sales Officer

Car Dilwado is looking for an energetic, result-driven, and passionate Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you love cars, enjoy interacting with people, and have a knack for closing deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

As a Sales Executive, you will be the face of Car Dilwado, helping customers find the perfect pre-owned car from our extensive inventory and ensuring a smooth buying experience.

Customer Consultation: Greet walk-in customers, understand their requirements, budget, and preferences, and pitch the right cars from our inventory.

Lead Management: Follow up on digital leads (from Facebook, Instagram, and portals) and convert prospective inquiries into walk-ins and sales.

Test Drives: Organize and accompany customers on test drives, explaining car features, specifications, and condition confidently.

Deal Closure: Handle price negotiations, close deals efficiently, and coordinate with the team for documentation, insurance, and loan processing.

Relationship Building: Maintain a strong relationship with customers even after delivery to generate referrals and repeat business.

Inventory Management: Ensure the display vehicles are well-maintained, presentable, and lined up properly.

Requirements & Skills:

Experience: Prior experience in used car sales or the automobile industry is a big plus.

Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi and basic English to pitch effectively to customers.

Skills: Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Driving: Must have a valid 4-wheeler driving license and good driving skills.

Mindset: Proactive, target-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
