About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Secretary to provide administrative and personal support to the Founder/Director. The ideal candidate will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, handle communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Founder’s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and maintain meeting minutes.
- Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses.
- Follow up with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Organize documents, reports, presentations, and confidential records.
- Assist in personal tasks, event planning, and travel arrangements.
- Track action items and ensure timely completion of commitments.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Support business operations and special projects as assigned.
