*Job Title: Executive Assistant (EA)*
Experience Required: Minimum 3- 5 Years
Location: C-57, Wazirpur Industrial Area, New Delhi 110052
Reporting To: Managing Director / Senior Leadership
*Job Summary*
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience to provide comprehensive administrative and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing schedules, communications, confidential information, and day-to-day executive operations with professionalism and discretion.
*Key Responsibilities*
Manage executive calendars, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
Act as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
Prepare reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes
Screen calls, emails, and correspondence; prioritize and respond appropriately
Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and action items
Handle confidential documents and sensitive information with integrity
Support executives in decision-making by organizing data and tracking tasks
Liaise with departments to ensure timely execution of executive directives
Assist in organizing events, board meetings, and leadership reviews
Handling Meetings (Google Meet / Zoom) and Delegation Sheets
Follow-up with Different Departments
Knowledge for system creation - No Pen Paper Used
*Required Skills & Qualifications*
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail
Strong time management and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Preferred Attributes
Experience supporting senior leadership or CXO-level executives
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Ability to anticipate executive needs and take initiative
