Job Description

Job Role:

  • Handle incoming leads from Instagram & WhatsApp
  • Call and follow up with interested clients
  • Explain services and fix appointments for sessions/workshops
  • Maintain client data and updates in CRM
  • Coordinate schedules and ensure smooth bookings

Requirements:

  • Good communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
  • Confident in calling & client handling
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp & CRM
  • Sales/telecalling experience preferred
  • Candidate should be polite, empathetic & result-oriented
  • Prior experience in wellness/therapy industry is a plus
