CTC: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Executive – Supply Chain Management (SCM) to join our team at the Gurgaon Head Office. The ideal candidate should have strong Excel skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in handling operational data, reporting, and coordination with internal teams.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain and manage operational data with high accuracy.
• Prepare, analyze, and publish daily/weekly/monthly reports and dashboards.
• Track key operational metrics and share updates with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely data updates and issue resolution.
• Support follow-ups to ensure smooth execution of supply chain activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and data integrity.
• Assist the SCM team in operational planning and reporting activities.
• Required SkillsExcellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Analysis).
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Preferred QualificationBachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, MIS, or Data Management.
