About the RoleWe are hiring International Technical Support Executives for a leading international process in Gurugram. The role involves handling customer queries, providing technical troubleshooting support, and ensuring excellent customer experience through voice-based support.

- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle international customer support calls professionally
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to software, hardware, internet connectivity, or devices

- Follow company processes and compliance guidelines
