Position: Telecaller / Lead Verification Executive (Sales Support)
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift (8 Hours)
Job OverviewAstro SwamiG Solutions is looking for a dedicated and energetic Telecaller / Lead Verification Executive to manage website-generated customer data, filter and qualify leads, and support the sales team by identifying interested customers. The candidate will make outbound calls through a dialer system and help connect potential customers to the sales team for further assistance.
- Key ResponsibilitiesFilter, verify, and qualify customer leads received through the website.
- Make outbound calls using a dialer system on a daily basis.
- Understand customer requirements and identify interested prospects.
- Transfer qualified and interested leads to the sales team/agents.
- Maintain accurate call records, remarks, and follow-up details.
- Ensure daily productivity and calling targets are achieved.
- Communicate professionally and politely with customers.
- Job DetailsWorking Hours: 8 Hours per day
- Daily Calling Requirement: Approximately 300–350 outbound calls through a dialer
- Daily Target: Minimum 20 productive/quality calls per day
- Work Mode: Work from Office / Hybrid (as per company requirements)
- Salary & IncentivesStarting Salary for Freshers: ₹10,000 per month
- Growth Opportunity: Salary can go up to ₹22,000 per month based on performance and experience
- Performance Incentive: Around ₹3,000 monthly incentive upon achieving targets
- Required SkillsGood communication skills in Hindi (Basic English preferred)
- Strong communication and customer-handling skills
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment
- Basic computer knowledge and dialer handling skills
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
- Eligibility CriteriaMinimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
- Freshers are welcome to apply
- Prior experience in telecalling, BPO, customer support, or sales will be an added advantage
- Ideal CandidateConfident and professional communicator
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling
- Able to handle customer interactions professionally
