- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote personal, home, or business loan products.

- Understand customer needs and provide appropriate loan solutions.

- Explain loan terms, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and repayment options clearly.

- Collect required documents and verify the accuracy of customer information.

- Coordinate with backend teams to process and approve loans.

- Maintain a database of customer interactions and follow up on leads.

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Ensure compliance with all company policies and financial regulations.
