Job Description

  • Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
  • Explain products, services, and ongoing offers to customers
  • Generate leads and follow up with interested clients
  • Maintain customer database and daily call records
  • Respond to customer queries on call and WhatsApp
  • Convince customers and help convert inquiries into sales
  • Coordinate with the sales/store team for customer requirements
  • Maintain positive customer relationships and provide support
  • Achieve daily/weekly calling and sales targets
  • Basic knowledge of Instagram, WhatsApp, and social media communication preferred
