Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company services
  • Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries effectively
  • Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in CRM
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
  • Follow up with interested customers and close sales
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication

Eligibility / Requirements

  • Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
  • 0–3 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales
  • Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic knowledge preferred)
  • Target-oriented and self-motivated
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals
  • Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
