Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote company services
- Explain products/services clearly and handle customer queries effectively
- Generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer details in CRM
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Follow up with interested customers and close sales
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of customers
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and professional communication
Eligibility / Requirements
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (preferred)
- 0–3 years of experience in Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales
- Good communication skills in Hindi (English basic knowledge preferred)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to handle objections and close deals
- Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
