About Us Tarot with Sakshi is a premier spiritual wellness platform providing personalized tarot readings, guidance sessions, and holistic wellness services. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Tele- sales Executive to drive sales and expand our client base.

• Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients, effectively communicating our services.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings, achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on inquiries from website, social media, and other marketing campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
• Address customer queries professionally and provide accurate information about services.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Requirements Minimum 2 years of telesales, telecalling, or sales experience (preferably in wellness, services, or related sectors).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections confidently.
• Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office / Google Sheets.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and professional attitude.
