Job Description – Telesales Executive
Position: Telesales Executive
Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Executive to generate sales through outbound and inbound calls. The candidate will be responsible for explaining products/services, handling customer queries, and achieving sales targets while maintaining good customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers.
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Explain company products and services to customers.
Generate leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Follow up with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Resolve customer concerns and provide accurate information.
Prepare call reports and sales records.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, CRM tools).
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
Qualification
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
Experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service is an advantage.
