Join us to grow your career in a stable and expanding organization with learning and growth opportunities.  Roles & Responsibilities • Make outbound calls to agriculture retail shops. • Pitch AGRIM products and services effectively over calls. • Onboard new retail shops on the AGRIM platform. • Collect and verify KYC documents of onboarded shops. • Assist retailers in placing their first order. • Ensure repeat orders by building strong relationships with retailers. • Handle customer objections and close sales professionally. • Maintain proper call records and follow-ups. Requirements • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Telesales / Telecalling. • Experience in B2B / Retail calling preferred. • Good command over Hindi (English is a plus). • Strong communication and convincing skills. • Quick grasping ability and product understanding. • Excellent objection-handling and negotiation skills. Preferred Candidate • Target-oriented and self-motivated. • Comfortable with outbound calling and follow-ups.
